The publishing agencies list 08:30 Eastern Time. On these dates, America/New_York converts to 19:30 Asia/Jakarta. Use named time zones rather than assuming a fixed difference throughout the year.

Three fields that must stay distinct

• Actual: figures from the published release.
• Forecast: a pre-release estimate whose survey source and method may vary.
• Previous: an earlier reference period, potentially revised.
